If your server crashes and is not accessible via SSH or any other means, the Remote Reboot service allows you to reset the power on your server over the Internet. This is provided at a cost of $30 per month per server.

On-Site Backup

On-Site Backups provide you with an allocated storage area to backup data from your server. This is especially useful if data on your server is lost due to malicious attacks, accidental deletion or hardware failure. On-site backups can be scheduled to provide you with some peace of mind and the ability to rapidly restore data when required. Pricing is as follows...
